Taylor Swift is a multi-Grammy award-winning American singer/songwriter who is also one of the top-selling digital artists in music history. Taylor Swift’s Reputation Stadium Tour was the fifth concert tour by the artist, in support of her sixth studio album, Reputation (2017). The tour began on May 8, 2018 in Arizona, USA and ended on November 21, 2018 in Tokyo, comprising of 53 concerts. The tour broke multiple venue attendance records and was the thirteenth highest grossing concert tour of all time.

Knowing the quality of our Smartvision products, our touring partner, Solotech, selected SACO S-Line S12 LED video screens to support the ambitious vision of Show Designer/Director Baz Halpin of Silent House Productions. The set’s main feature was a 172’ x 40’ V-shaped SACO LED video wall that curves and continues into the stage floor to create an optical illusion. TAIT built the larger than life, robotic video wall and ramp consisting of 12 vertical video columns. The 12 columns are made up of three video screens and one video ramp. When all video columns are together, it appears as one large LED video wall shaped like a V. When the columns are separated, they can form two distinctly separate LED video walls or forty-eight individual LED video screens, creating over thirty different show looks. The video columns can also lift to reveal the band.

The Reputation tour won several awards, including Concert Tour of the Year (People’s Choice Awards 2018), Best Pop Tour (Pollstar Awards 2019), and more! Solotech was awarded Video Production Company of the Year at the 2019 Parnelli Awards for their contribution. To learn more about our S-Line touring screens, click here.
